Renee Gallagher, Co-founder and Managing Director
A Greenwich resident since 1971 and a top-producing real estate agent since 1977, Renee envisioned Round Hill Partners as not just another franchise company in a local market, but as a true local firm that emphasizes the needs of its clients. Raised in a family of real estate professionals, Renee possesses outstanding negotiation skills, a shrewd market savvy and a genuine enthusiasm for her work.
Renee is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, the Greenwich Association of Realtors, the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Connecticut and New York. She holds an AA from Marymount University in Arlington, VA and a BA from Marymount College in Tarrytown, NY.
Her service to the community has included helping to establish the Putnam Indian Field School Parents' Association and serving as an active fund raiser for the Memorial Sloan Kettering Prostrate Cancer Dinner at Glen Arbor. She has also been a member of the Greenwich Garden Club, the Greenwich Historical Society, and served on the Parents' Board of Greenwich Country Day School.
Renee has raised and educated her four children in Greenwich's public and private schools. She is a grandmother of three, also a Greenwich resident.
Joann Erb, Co-founder and Senior Director
Joann has worked as a real estate professional in Greenwich since 1989. Joann received her MBA in finance and previously worked on the Finance Committee for the Connecticut State government. She serves on the Bruce Museum Board of Directors and is a Membership Committee Chair. Joann has resided in Greenwich for over 30 years.
